How it works

01

Intake

Provide complete business information, capability materials, past performance, registrations, certifications, and goals. The delivery clock begins when required materials are complete.

02

Analyze

Copperwater evaluates readiness and potential pathways through a former buyer’s lens.

03

Debrief

Receive the written roadmap, discuss the findings, and confirm the next 90 days of action.

Scope note: The $995 Roadmap is a fixed-scope diagnostic based on the materials you submit. It includes focused, preliminary market and positioning analysis—not exhaustive market research, live-opportunity review, certification filing, capability-statement design, proposal writing, or ongoing implementation. Additional research or execution support requires a separate scope.

Strategy proof

A roadmap grounded in buyer judgment.

The assessment applies Troy A. Small’s government-buyer, acquisition, program-management, and small-business advisory experience to the facts of your business—so priorities are based on fit, evidence, and execution capacity.

Common questions

Before you engage

How is this different from the Clarity Session?

The Clarity Session resolves a focused decision. The Roadmap is a deeper assessment with documented analysis, positioning recommendations, and a customized 90-day plan.

Does the Roadmap include opportunity research?

It includes preliminary market and target recommendations. A live solicitation review or detailed pursuit plan belongs in the Opportunity & Pursuit Strategy Sprint.

Will you complete registrations or certifications for me?

No. Copperwater will identify gaps and recommend priorities. Application preparation or filing would require a separate scope.

When will I receive the Roadmap?

Target delivery is within 10 business days after Copperwater receives a complete intake and all required materials. The schedule may change if information is missing, materially incomplete, or submitted late.

What materials are required?

Expect to provide business and ownership information, capability and marketing materials, relevant registrations and certifications, representative past performance, current target-market activity, and your goals. Copperwater will identify any additional items during intake.

What happens after the debrief?

You may execute the plan independently or engage Copperwater for pursuit strategy, private advisory, training, or post-award support as appropriate.
